Description

We are seeking a skilled Automatic Gates & Doors Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of automatic gates, doors, and related systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical and electrical work, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of GCC experience in the installation and maintenance with any 2 services from the following:

• Sliding gates

• Swing gates

• Glass doors

• Road barriers

• Garage doors

• Shutter doors.

Having a valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Installation of Automatic Gates & Doors:

  • Install, assemble, and mount automatic gates, doors, and associated hardware following company and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Ensure correct wiring, programming, and calibration of automation systems.

Maintenance & Repairs:

  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on automatic gates and doors to ensure smooth and safe operation.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and programming issues.
  • Perform necessary repairs, part replacements, and adjustments to maintain product functionality.

System Testing & Quality Control:

  • Test and calibrate gate and door systems after installation or maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct quality control checks to verify the reliability and safety of each system.

Customer Service & Support:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions about system operation and maintenance.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance on usage, safety, and warranty of installed systems.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including installation details, maintenance logs, and repair reports.
  • Document issues, repairs, and part replacements for future reference and continuous improvement.

Compliance with Safety Standards:

  • Adhere to industry safety regulations and company policies during installations and repairs.
  • Use protective equipment and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
